Cavalier is hands-down the best detailer/car washes on Long Island! That's coming a very nitpicky car owner. I've been a loyal customer for the past five years, and while I’m not usually one to write reviews, Cavalier deserves it—they consistently go above and beyond to make my cars (2012 Range Rover & 2018 Mercedes) look showroom-ready. They ceramic-coated both of my cars three years ago, and since then, maintaining them has been a breeze, even though I don’t garage them and they endure a lot of wear. I highly recommend Cavalier, whether you need larger services like paint correction and ceramic coating or just an everyday wash. Why subject your car to a machine wash when you can have these professionals handle it with white-glove care for just a little more. Their team is exceptional, and Chris, the manager, is always on top of any request. They truly care about quality and customer satisfaction!

Today I took my BMW X5 here to get the headlights polished/restored, and I'll put it this way: I was speechless when I saw the result. My headlights looked showroom quality. From the very beginning, both Chris, the manager, and Veronica, the receptionist, were incredibly friendly to me and made me feel at home right away. They were very honest with me and patient when it came to answering all of my questions, which says a lot about their character. I could not believe how amazing the headlights looked when Chris showed me the final result. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future.
